Black Rice

Healthy Aim Black Rice is a wholegrain rice that is gluten free, wheat free, GMO free, high in fibre, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. It can be cooked using the same methods as brown rice or mixed with other rice for exotic, delicious side dishes such as risottos, salads or desserts. When cooked, it turns a brilliant purple colour. Add 1 cup rice and 2¼ cups water to a saucepan. Bring to the boil. Cover, turn heat down to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes. PRODUCT OF CHINA.
